Return, Refund & Order cancellation

You can indicate your intent to return within 15 days of receiving your product

if your product is not as described or found damaged, defective or incorrect product, simply call (+91) 8949200899 or you can write an email to using your registered email address or phone number

All we ask is to ensure that the item you're returning is not used and repackaged with the carton. we’ll organise a pickup at your earliest convenience.


Once your returned product will be received, will notify you and refunds will be initiated immediately in your original mode of payment, It may take up to 2-6 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.


Once you returned the product you can apply for replacement with the same product. 

Item replacement will be subject to product availability on our online store.

Personalised or customised products are not be eligible for replacement.

If you cancel your order before the goods are dispatched you will be entitled to a full refund of product. Once the product is dispatched we will process a refund for product, however, the delivery charge will not be refunded. Refunds will be initiated in your original mode of payment, It may take up to 2-6 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.

2 year warranty

If there are any manufacturing defects, simply call (+91) 8949200899 or you can write an email to using your registered email address or phone number, we will repair the part that is defective or replace the product in its entirety with the same product.


The warranty will cover standard use of the product and has some exceptions. These exceptions are:

Mistreatment of the product, including damage resulting from sharp or blunt objectsNormal wear and tearDiscolouration due to light exposure, chemical exposure, and frictionFailure of parts due to overloading weight

Defects or damage resulting from everyday use, negligence, misuse, accidents, or modifications will not be covered by the warranty.

The courier partners may take between 12 to 24 hours to update the tracking details on their website

In case of voluminous and/or heavy items, it is highly recommended that you request the assistance of a third person to help you carry your items to your home.

All prices on are inclusive of GST, which will be detailed on your invoice.

Can I place a business order or add a business GST number to my invoice?
Yes, Use GST number with the company name in "company(optional)" section and enter the registered address details in the billing address.

Furniture Care

Our furniture is meant to last! Proper care and maintenance can extend the life of the furniture.


Dust your furniture with a soft duster as often as you like.

If the furniture is very dusty, clean it with a slightly damp, non-abrasive sponge, after first testing it on a non-visible varnished part. Wipe with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.

Avoid the use of wax or any wax-based product.

Avoid direct exposure to sunlight, artificial sources of heat and external aggressions (damp, rain, etc.).

Painted metal

Clean your metal furniture with clean or soapy water without detergent.

Dry thoroughly to avoid traces of limescale.

Do not rub with an abrasive or metal sponge and do not use scouring powder or any other detergent.

For tough dirt, use an alcohol-based window cleaning product or a specific product such as a multi-purpose cleaner.
