You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it

You can return if you are not satisfied with the product quality or if your product is not as described or found damaged, defective or incorrect product.

For returning the product, simply contact us > all we ask you to repack the product with the carton and we will organise a pickup at your earliest convenience.

We will refund your full amount immediately, once your returned product will be received

The product comes with 2 year warranty, if there are any manufacturing defects, we will replace the product or repair the product with free of cost.

The warranty will cover standard use of the product and this warranty does not cover defects identified like mistreatment of the product, including damaged resulting from sharp or blunt objects, discolouration due to direct sunlight exposure, chemical exposure, and friction failure of parts due to overloading weight.

If you accidentally damage your product and you want to repair it or replace the damaged part, simply contact us > We will send our trusted expert carpenter to your address to repair the product. A genuine repairs amount will be charged.

Do not repair your own or from a non-INMARWAR authorised carpenter, it will void the warranty

Clean your furniture as often as you like with a soft duster.

If the furniture is very dusty, clean it with a slightly damp, non-abrasive sponge. Wipe with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.

Avoid direct exposure to sunlight, artificial sources of heat and external aggressions (damp, rain, etc.).
