Once your cancellation request is approved. we will send you an email to notify you that we have

processed your refund depending on the mode of payment you used, Banks and Payment Gateways usually take between 1-3 working days to credit the amount to your account.


Returns & Replacement (if applicable) 

if your furniture is not as desired, found damaged product or incorrect product. simply contact us within 10 days of receipt to request a product replacement or return and refund, we’ll organise a pickup at your earliest convenience.

    The time frame starts from the date the product is delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners.

    All we ask is that the product is not used and is in the same condition as you received it.
    Once your return claim is accepted, we will pick up the product at free of cost from your doorstep;
